My first impressions of Oregon when I moved here in 1996
was how clean and green it was here.
Times were really different back then. I remember people smoking as I was
trying to eat in restaurants and coming home from bars reeking of cigarette smoke!
Things changed drastically in 2009 when they passed a law that
prohibited people from smoking indoors.
No More Butts is a Portland, OR based non-profit organization that takes littered cigarette butts and recycles them into useful everyday products.
